Delivery Charges & Times

Minimum Order policy

We have a minimum order value of £50. This has enabled us to significantly reduce the number of small packages that we send, thereby reducing the amount of packaging we use, and the number of journeys our delivery partners need to make. This helps us in our goal of minimising our overall environmental impact as a business, and we appreciate your co-operation with this.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 14:00 UK time on the same working day, although this may sometimes take longer. Orders received at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day, which will be Monday. Delivery can be delays by national strike action, which is out of our hands, but we do our best to keep you posted in most case you do get your delivery within 5 working days.

UK Standard: £6.50 minimum order value - ORDER VALUE OVER £55 WOULD BE FREE SHIPMENT, Delivery takes 2 - 4 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail First Class, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.

Europe Standard: £50 FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £70* - delivery usually takes 7 - 10 working days. Delivery via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders.

Worldwide Standard: £80 min * - delivery usually takes 7 - 10 working days, Delivery via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or Parcelforce for heavy orders. Larger orders please massage us so we can quote you the delivery price.

Please note that the delivery times given are estimates provided by the carriers we use. Please allow up to 15 working days for UK orders and 30 working days for International orders to arrive, as an item cannot be classified as "lost in post" and a replacement issued until that length of time has elapsed.

* Certain countries are excluded from Free Delivery due to customs issues.
